TEAM have been awarded ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation as well as being recognised as an Investor in People.

ISO Accreditation

In March 2010 TEAM has been awarded ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation based on using an innovative paperless quality and environmental management system.

ISO 9001 sets the standard not only for quality management systems, but management systems in general. It helps organisations to succeed through improved customer satisfaction, staff motivation and continual improvement. ISO 14001 specifies the requirements for an organisation’s environmental management system and applies to those environmental aspects over which an organisation has control and where it can be expected to have an influence.

When awarding the accreditation the Registered Assessor praised TEAM’s use of a Wikipedia style framework for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 as very innovative. The system is completely paperless, easy to use, highly visible across TEAM’s intranet, freely downloadable and easy to audit.

TEAM embarked on attaining the ISO 9001 standard to help support improvements in our customer care and ISO 14001 to help practice what we preach.

Accredited Energy Assessors and Consultants

We have CIBSE Accredited Low Carbon Energy Assessors and a team of Carbon Trust registered Energy Consultants.
