Everyone is encouraged to take personal responsibility for their development. With the support of your line manager you’ll create an individual development plan. You’ll be helped to find on-the-job development opportunities and to get the most out of coaching conversations.

We help you develop with -

  • a full induction for all new recruits, including being assigned a Mentor to support your development
  • a three and six probation review meeting
  • a career development plan
  • a yearly appraisal and 6 monthly objectives setting to review your progress and set new goals
  • support for professional development, based on your appraisal, we may sponsor a number of  employees to gain NVQs, and professional qualifications / degrees

We also provide an enviable Internal Training Schedule which allows you to enhance your industry knowledge as well as developing your technical skills of our internal systems. After every training session you attend, you will be provided with a CPD certificate which is recognised by CIBSE.

Amongst the acceptance criteria for improving both internal and external customer care we have been conducting employee satisfaction surveys since 2009 with the aim of at looking at the satisfaction of our employees of TEAM. Energy Services

Providing a wide range of consultancy services including energy analysis, energy surveys, energy saving measure identification and implementation support, project management and energy procurement as well as assisting in the production of Display Energy Certificates and Advisory Reports.

Support Services

Sound technical knowledge and a background in energy and the environment are key to support our customers effectively. You will excel in customer service skills and be confident to train and impart your knowledge to others.

Bureau Services

A strong customer focus and high IT literacy are essential to succeed in our Bureau. A background in energy would be advantageous, although your drive and enthusiasm will secure your place.

Development

With a sound technical and analytical mind, your Java skills will be second to none! Working in a team of dedicated Developers, your commitment to writing the best software in the business will ensure you are successful.

Solutions

Responsible for the development and handover of new product and service solutions to delivery departments, Sales & Marketing. Experience of project management or product development would be ideal.

Sales and Marketing

You will find that there are many opportunities in marketing, but the common denominator of those opportunities is the sense of ownership over the product and/or service and the necessity to understand the customer’s needs and desires and then be able to translate those needs in the communication of your marketing strategy.
