eBilling Providers deliver billing files that interface directly with the TEAM Sigma Bulk Bill Checking software. Hundreds of bills can be processed and validated and uploaded into accounting systems automatically delivering significant efficiency savings on customer resources.

File formats vary from those that comply with agreed message protocols and standards such as EDI (Tradacom) to flat ASCII or csv files. Similarly suppliers adopt a number of different delivery mechanism such as Value Added Networks (VANs), encrypted email or FTP file transfer, regardless, Sigma is designed to handle them and TEAM are continuously updating the Sigma library of compatible interfaces.
