
For the past few years TEAM has been holding an annual series of Customer Support Workshops in different venues throughout the UK. The events, which are free for TEAM customers, are attended by Energy Managers and Admin support staff, who regularly use the TEAM software.
The workshops provide customers with a preview of new developments from TEAM and information about current relevant legislation. They also assist customers to get the most out of the TEAM Sigma Software with ideas on how to improve data quality, work more efficiently, automate processes and obtain maximum benefit from the data contained in their system.
The events are a great opportunity for customers to provide TEAM with feedback about products and services and to meet support and sales staff in person. They include an open forum to answer any questions and there is plenty of opportunity to network with other users.
