Free Customer Clinics in TEAM Bureau

Many software customers have now taken advantage of our series of Customer Clinics held in the Bureau department and we have received excellent feedback.

These provided customers with the opportunity to see best practice by viewing how bureau use the Sigma software for processing and analysing data. Those who visited were able to see how our experienced staff deal with billing issues, manage billing queries and generate reports. They also received advice on certain aspects of the software including the Bulk Bill Checker and Query Management System. Customers have found the day with us very beneficial and went away with numerous ideas on how to improve their own internal processes.
