Go-karting Challenge 2009

For this years pre-conference entertainment TEAM customers were invited to take part in a Go-karting Challenge at Daytona Milton Keynes.

The event took place on 4th November on the evening before the annual User Group Conference with a total of 25 racers.

After the initial briefing and preparation the drivers were allowed a few practise runs before lining up to drive in a 40 minute race on the Daytona International Circuit. The 3 winners (embarrassingly all from TEAM) were awarded trophies before a barbecue dinner held at the Daytona Pavillion. Graham Garrity of Durham County Council, who came 4th won a bottle of Champagne.
