Property company PRUPIM publishes impressive Sustainability Report with the help of TEAM

PRUPIM, one of the largest real estate investment managers in the UK and Europe, has published an impressive Sustainability Report for 2009/10 with the support of TEAM, the UK’s leading provider of Energy Management Solutions.

The major achievements reported on include:

Improved energy efficiency by 15% at their shopping centres
Reduced energy consumption and CO2 emissions, saving nearly £2m
Reduced water use by the equivalent of 30 Olympic-size swimming pools

Saving over £700,000

Having worked with TEAM since 1999, PRUPIM started to subscribe to TEAM’s utility bill checking & recovery service (TEAM bureau) in early 2006. Since the start of the contract TEAM have been able to achieve savings of over £700,000 for PRUPIM through bill checking and validation alone.
