TEAM’s Investors in People (IIP) accreditation has been renewed

TEAM, leading supplier of energy management solutions in the UK has had its prestigious Investors in People (IIP) accreditation renewed.

This month TEAM’s award was up for renewal and the company have been taken through the process of re-accreditation. This included a series of one to one interviews split between different levels of staff members from directors to assistants. TEAM (EAA) Limited was recognised as an Investor in People in 2007 and has since maintained its commitment to this achievement.

Some of the assessor’s feedback includes the following statements:

• Communication and staff recognition within TEAM was excellent
• Internal training offered was excellent
• TEAM create a really nice atmosphere to work in and the people and vibes are friendly and welcoming
• TEAM are over achieving in a few areas which would pave the way to a higher level of achievement (i.e Bronze award)
