Regional Customer Support Groups 2009During March 2009 TEAM held Customer Support Workshops in 11 different venues throughout the UK.
The workshops were held with the aim to assist customers to get the most out of the TEAM Sigma Software and provide latest information on Government Legislation including the Carbon Reduction Commitment, EPBD and DECs in Year 2. The events, which were free for TEAM customers, were attended by a total of over 120 Energy Managers and Admin support staff, who regularly use the TEAM software.
The interactive training sessions were designed to provide software users with ideas on how to improve data quality, work more efficiently, automate processes and obtain maximum benefit from the data contained in their system. The day also provided a great opportunity for customers to provide TEAM with feedback about products and services and to meet support and sales staff in person. An open forum was held to answer any questions and there was plenty of opportunity to network with other users.
