Providing ongoing support to ensure customers get the most from their TEAM Sigma software is of utmost importance to us.
Web pages in the TEAM Support customer extranet are available to customers with a valid login (company name and password).
Support Help Desk

Our professional Help Desk facility provides quality support from specialist staff Monday to Friday (excluding Public holidays).
Our Help Desk is available 9:00 - 5:30 Monday to Thursday, and 9:00 - 5:00 Friday. |
Software Upgrades
All our "boxed" software products are upgraded annually. The software is continually enhanced as part of our on-going commitment to provide additional features and to anticipate developments in both technology and the utility market.
Customer Events
All customers subscribing to Maintenance & Support are invited to TEAM's annual User Group Conference event.
The event provides workshop training on software use and details on new developments. Guest speakers are invited to discuss best practice case studies and their experience of using TEAM services.The activities on the day, lunch and refreshments are provided for customers free of charge.
