Remote Support
TEAM has the capability to offer remote assistance to the Sigma system. This allows our engineers to connect to a customer’s system and help diagnose any errors or offer other assistance.
This is normally done using a third party provider (Webex by Cisco), who provide a trusted external solution, independent of end user platform. Alternatively we can directly access a system using Windows Remote desktop or other software solutions usually via VPN (Secure tunnel).
Remote Support can considerably reduce resolution times as the support team is able to directly view the fault and often solve it, while the customer is still on the phone. This is also an extremely useful tool for training purposes.
