A wide variety of training is available to all our TEAM Sigma software customers

Initial training

All customers with newly installed software are offered full training which can be on-site at customer premises, or at TEAM offices in Milton Keynes. A specialist Support Engineer will provide comprehensive training designed to help staff get to grips with their TEAM Sigma Software. At TEAM we offer flexibility and continuous support, if a department grows and additional members require training this can be accommodated on request. Training materials will be provided as part of all of our workshops

Sigma Remote Training

Additional training can be provided by short supplementary online training sessions covering a range of modules within TEAM Sigma Software.

Video Tutorials

Video Tutorials are available to customers via the website that cover a range of functionality and features within TEAM Sigma. Tutorials can be found in the Resources section under 'Tutorial Videos'. Customers do require a login to view these resources.

DEC Accredited Assessor Training

TEAM offers scheduled Accredited Assessor Training courses for our Display Energy Certificate Software. This 2-day course includes a formal examination and if successful you can apply to CIBSE to become an Accredited Assessor to produce your own Display Energy Certificates and Advisory Reports using Sigma Software.

CRC Module

TEAM hold a series of workshops for our customers who have recently purchased the TEAM CRC Module. When new and updated versions are released customers are offered the opportunity to visit a designated training site in the UK for training. Find out More

Regional Support Groups

Events feature a customer guest speaker presentation and interactive workshop sessions about TEAM products and services. They also provide excellent networking opportunities with energy professionals in your region.

We offer a variety of specialist live webinars.

Allowing attendees to watch and listen to a free online webinar from their desk.

Each webinar lasts approximately 20 minutes and offers the opportunity to ask questions via live chat. The webinars are viewed using a secure log-in
