Software Services Engineer To provide professional helpdesk support for TEAM’s range of energy management and EDI applications to both internal and external users. The role involves the management and resolution of incoming support calls, on-site customer support and training as well as liaison with our in-house development team on new software design and testing.
This is a demanding role requiring a ‘self–starter’ with drive, enthusiasm and team-working skills to enhance an existing busy department. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year’s software support experience or energy related experience, a professional telephone manner, strong oral and written communication skills and a high level of numeracy. Good knowledge of Windows together with an aptitude for IT are essential. We are offering a generous package for the right candidate including a pension scheme (after probationary period). This is a central role within an established and growing company to provide a wide range of administrative support to the company predominantly Sales & Marketing and being the focal point for internal processes and systems throughout the company. Duties include answering phones, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, administration of company cars and insurances, order processing, project managing customer events and exhibitions as well as providing PA support to the MD.
The ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a responsible office/administration role. Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required together with experience of using Customer Relationship Management/Database software. You will also train to become and Accredited Energy Assessor for the production of non-domestic Display Energy Certificates and Advisory Reports.
You will be visiting customer premises around the UK to complete surveys for the production of energy saving Advisory Reports and Display Energy Certificates as well as working on many different energy management projects including renewable energy assessments, metering strategy analysis, energy policy reviews and energy awareness training.
The role will suit a bright, enthusiastic, quick learning individual, who is self sufficient and can work well under pressure. You will be highly numerate and will ideally be qualified to at least HND\HNC level in an engineering or scientific discipline. You will be a Carbon Trust Accredited consultant or have previous experience carrying out a number of energy surveys and audits.
The right candidate will receive a competitive package including car options and a pension scheme (after probationary period). Trainee Energy Assessor You will train to become and Accredited Energy Assessor for the production of non-domestic Display Energy Certificates and Advisory Reports. You will also learn to provide a wide range of consultancy services including energy analysis, energy surveys, energy saving measure identification and implementation support, project management and energy procurement.
You will initially be visiting customer premises around the UK to complete surveys for the production of energy saving Advisory Reports and to assist with producing Display Energy Certificates.
The role will suit a bright, enthusiastic, quick learning individual, who is self sufficient and can work well under pressure. You will be highly numerate and will ideally be qualified to at least HND\HNC level in an engineering or scientific discipline. The role would also suit those accredited as Home Energy Assessor wishing to move into the non-domestic sector.
