  • a full induction for all new recruits, including being assigned a Mentor to support your development
  • a three and six probation review meeting
  • a career development plan
  • a yearly appraisal and 6 monthly objectives setting to review your progress and set new goals
  • support for professional development, based on your appraisal, we may sponsor a number of employees to gain NVQs, and professional qualifications / degrees

We also provide an enviable Internal Training Schedule in your job at TEAM which allows you to enhance your industry knowledge as well as developing your technical skills of our internal systems. After every training session you attend, you will be provided with a CPD certificate which is recognised by CIBSE.

Energy Services

Providing a wide range of consultancy services including energy analysis, energy surveys, energy saving measure identification and implementation support, project management and energy procurement as well as assisting in the production of Display Energy Certificates and Advisory Reports.

Bureau Services

A strong customer focus and high IT literacy are essential to succeed in our Bureau. A background in energy would be advantageous, although your drive and enthusiasm would secure your place.

Sales and Marketing

You will find that there are many opportunities in marketing, but the common denominator of those opportunities is the sense of ownership over the product and/or service and the necessity to understand the customer’s needs and desires and then be able to translate those needs in the communication of your marketing strategy.
