Position: Customer Services Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes
Employment Type: Full Time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £17,500 – £25,000 – depending on experience
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in developing their career in the energy and sustainability management industry to join our fast-growing team in Milton Keynes.
As a Customer Services Administrator you will process blue-chip clients’ energy data, work through queries in utility invoicing, chasing suppliers and clients to result in monetary recoveries. You will thrive with client interaction and be tenacious in dealing with problems to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner. Analysing numerical data and identifying errors is essential to ensure accuracy in creating customer reports from Sigma – our Energy Management software.
We are looking for someone with at least 1 years’ experience in the Utilities sector who is customer focused and familiar with working to SLA goals and KPI objectives. You will be able to demonstrate a passion for customer service and be proactive in problem solving to ensure customer queries are managed effectively. A minimum of A-Level or equivalent in math’s or science is required.
