Salary: £28,000 – £30,000

The Customer Success Coordinator will work closely with our Customer Success Consultants and internal teams to ensure we meet our client’s goals; helping our customers build a successful and optimised energy management service and ensuring effective ongoing use of our products and services.

As well as proactively engaging with customers, the role will involve the day to day planning and assignation of activities to the customer success consultants to ensure they are completed and prioritised accordingly.

Your role at a glance:
  • To proactively engage with each of our customers and work with them to build a successful and optimised energy management service
  • To act as a customer champion across the business ensuring they are gaining value from our products and services and we are doing everything we can to help them
    • To assist in scheduling work items for the customer success team internally and ensure tasks are spread across the team and delivered in line with stakeholder and customer expectations. Work items will include customer service requests, new customer orders (and all customer engagement throughout the on-boarding process) and any pre-sales requests
    • Providing guidance and support to other customer success consultants as necessary
  • Analyse performance of customer success team activities and documented resolutions, identify problem areas, and devise and help deliver solutions to enhance quality of service and to prevent future problems – continuous improvement
  • To investigate customer problems and liaise with internal teams as required to provide resolutions in a timely fashion
  • To help feed into the product roadmap and evolution of TEAM’s products and services by capturing and processing customer feedback and market insights
  • To help with the on-boarding and implementation of new customers ensuring a smooth journey – meeting with them to understand their energy management needs
  • Liaise closely with sales and marketing teams to manage pre-sales requests and to help identify and feed into up-sell opportunities to increase the lifetime value of customers.
About you:

Our ideal candidate will be degree educated and have exceptional communication and customer service skills in equal measure to meet the demands of our customers. With at least two years’ experience in a customer supporting role, you will highly organised, self-motivated and proactive with a passion for analysis and problem solving.
