Location: Milton Keynes

Employment Type: Full Time (37 hours per week)

Salary: £18,000 per annum plus benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in developing their career in the energy and sustainability management industry to join our fast-growing team in Milton Keynes.

Your role at a glance:

Our Data Management team ensures the accuracy of the energy management data held for our customers in our own Sigma Energy Management software. Working within a team of 10 people servicing multiple customers, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Data processing of utility bills within KPIs and SLAs (Invoice Turnaround times)
  • Loading and importing historical energy billing data, EDI files, self reads
  • Scanning
  • Investigating bill validation failures and raising queries
  • Producing accounts payable export files and Reports
  • Proactively identify missing information from the database

About you:

The key skills and experience for this role includes:

  • Minimum GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Attention to detail
  • High numeric accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Previous experience in a customer services environment
