Salary: £35,000 – £45,500 + commission and car allowance
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in developing their career in the energy management industry to join our fast-growing Energy Services team at our offices overlooking Linford Wood in Milton Keynes.
As an Energy Consultant, you will have the opportunity to deliver a wide range of energy management advice and consultancy services including strategic development, energy policy, analysis, surveys, energy saving measure identification and implementation and GHG reporting. You will also prepare a range of reports for buildings such as Display Energy Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates and carry out Air Conditioning Inspections.
In addition, supporting and working with our UK-wide blue chip customer base, you will lead complex and high value projects, visiting customer sites and managing the implementation of cost saving measures. You will also work with our Sales team to identify opportunities and support the tender and sales lead process, as well as promoting energy management awareness at company events and exhibitions.
We are looking for someone with an Engineering or Environmental Science degree with at least 2 years’ experience working as an Energy Manager or within an energy management team. Accreditations such as ESOS Lead Assessor, DipDEC, EPC Level 5 and ACI Level 3 will be a distinct advantage, as is experience of energy management software for monitoring, targeting and bill validation.
