Salary: £34,000 – £38,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in developing their career in the energy and sustainability management industry to join our fast-growing team in Milton Keynes.
Initially this role will be home-based, with a view to move to hybrid working between home and the office later in the year.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will support our customers as the principal contact and account manager, providing insight to customers, highlighting energy consumption, cost, trends and potential savings. Working with blue-chip customers you will be responsible for the service delivery, working with other teams to ensure a high-quality service. Key responsibilities will include:
We are looking for an experienced Energy professional with a good degree in a technical, energy or engineering discipline who is keen to progress a career within the Energy Management Industry. You will be able to demonstrate a passion for Customer Service and will have a solid understanding of Energy Management, Project Management and Business Processes.
