A new training course aimed to help manage account number and contract changes has been added to the Sigma Online Training Academy.
The Account Number and Contract Changes course describes how to change contracts and account numbers using the Supply Migration Sub Activity.
Account number migration allows you to change the account number on numerous accounts – if you are staying on the same contract, but changing the account number. Contract migration allows you to change the account number and the contract at the same time.
Both involve creating a simple spreadsheet that is then uploaded into the Supply Migration Sub Activity.
