Elmhurst accredited Commercial Energy Assessor, Blessing Amin, has joined TEAM Energy as part of their strategic growth plans, and to provide a more competitive service offering to customers based in the Midlands and North of England.
A Level 4 Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and Display Energy Certificate (DEC) assessor, Blessing is experienced at building energy surveys and evaluating opportunities for improved efficiency.
Blessing has an in-depth knowledge of large-scale energy infrastructure and is experienced in developing and delivering energy saving projects in the public sector.
Commenting on Blessing’s appointment, Tim Holman, Head of Operations at TEAM Energy said:
We are delighted to welcome Blessing to TEAM. With many years’ experience as a commercial energy assessor, he will be vital in helping our customers stay compliant with their certifications and identify energy savings opportunities.
With Blessing’s appointment we are able to better service our DEC and EPC customers in the Northern region, through reducing our Consultants travel, we can provide a more efficient and sustainable service.
As an Energy Consultant, Blessing will work closely with our customers to understand their consumption data, assess their operations for energy savings opportunities, and support the efficiency of their property portfolio. He will also be part of the core certification services arm of the department, delivering DECs and EPCs.
On joining TEAM’s Energy Consultancy, Blessing said:

Blessing’s appointment comes during a period of significant growth for our Energy Consultancy, with the launch of several new services designed to help customers with the challenges of modern energy management, including a dedicated Net Zero and Carbon Reduction Consultancy offering. As part of this growth, we are further expanding our reach by offering customers more local and competitive site-based services.
