Over 100 energy professionals from throughout the UK attended TEAM’s User Group Conference on 5th November 2014 at the Stadium MK in Milton Keynes.
The event featured an exciting line-up of case study guest speakers from different sectors who shared their experiences of energy management and of using TEAM software and services. In addition, our expert discussion panel speakers shared their experiences of using the new Sigma Energy Viewer software, which allows organisations to easily share energy information with site contacts. The late addition of “Water Deregulation” to the agenda with specialist guest speaker John Parsonage, Programme Director at Open Water proved very popular triggering a large number of question from the audience. Other guest speakers this year were
- Geoff Brunt, Engineering Manager, Birmingham Airport
- Mitchel Maynard, Senior Energy Consultant, LCMB
- Abigail Lamberti, Energy Manager, Somerset County Council
- Dan Hubbard, Utilities Manager, DW Sports
- Matthew Tidmarsh, Head of Building Services Engineering, Lancashire County Council
- Karen Butcher, Utilities Analyst, Greggs
- Charles Morse, Energy Engineer, Sheffield Hallam University
The event saw the launch of the new TEAM Online Training Academy, which provides TEAM customers with access to free structured learning resources about different aspects of the TEAM Sigma Software. Thanks to a new format introduced at the event this year, customers enjoyed the option of joining a number of specialised round table discussions covering subjects such as ESOS, RHI, AMR implemention and Bill Validation. Latest developments at TEAM including the new features in Sigma version 8 were shared with customers.
TEAM Customers can access all presentation files via the Customer Support Portal. On the night before the conference, TEAM held a pre-conference networking evening in the form of a Cookery Masterclass allowing customers to get to know each other and members of TEAM in a social environment whilst preparing a delicious meal.
