Justine Grant, Energy Consultant at TEAM has joined her colleague Ellen Salazar in becoming a fully qualified ESOS Lead Assessor.
Justine has undergone full training and passed an exam to be now listed on the CIBSE Certification’s ESOS Lead Assessor register which has been approved by the Environment Agency.
With a BSc in Building Services Engineering, Justine is a CIBSE Low Carbon Energy Assessor and Member of the Energy Institute. She is also one of the UK’s leading experts for the Renewable Heat Incentive and lead author for the Guide to Good Practice: Heat Metering for the RHI on behalf of B&ES.
Justine is part of a team of experienced energy consultants to provide full consultancy to organisations that have to comply with the Energy Savings Opportunities Scheme (ESOS). Being a Lead Assessor qualifies Justine to advise organisations on which part of their portfolio is covered under ESOS, to determine the number of energy surveys required, to produce compliant survey reports and to prepare the submission document and the accompanying evidence pack.
TEAM’s ESOS services range from initial assessment through to a full review of available energy data for buildings, transport, and processes, including carrying out any building audits required under the scheme. TEAM’s service is totally flexible and can be tailored to the individual organisation’s requirements. TEAM is one of a small number of energy consultancies in the UK who currently hold this certification.
