Utilities professional joins TEAM’s Energy Bureau as Service Delivery Manager

Experienced customer specialist Amanda Roberts, joins our expanding Bureau department to aid in the delivery of our specialised outsource services.

An expert in performance management and development, Amanda has worked in the utilities and facilities industry for over 18 years, maintaining high levels of customer service in line with business requirements and nurturing client relationships. Amanda champions excellent customer service, maintaining close working relationships with stakeholders within the department and beyond throughout her career.

Having previously held the role of Field Team Leader at E.on for over 15 years, Amanda worked with key accounts such as Siemens Energy Services and recognises the significance of being the first point of contact for both her clients and her team. Her diligent focus on efficiency will support our Bureau department in the delivery of a robust service for our customers, with her previous experience at Thames Water, E.on and Opus Energy making her an incredible asset to the team.  

On Amanda’s appointment as Service Delivery Manager, Bureau Operations Manager, Rob Webb said:

Amanda has such a wealth of experience within the utilities sector, especially working with a wide range of customers and a variety of different stake holders and third parties, permitting her to successfully oversee many elements of our Bureau team. We are delighted to have her on board.

Amanda’s ability to resolve complaints for customers is her driving focus, with notable achievements in her capacity to lead, manage and motivate her team to ensure that objectives are consistently met and that the performance of individuals within her team are maximised.

As our Bureau team expands, we continue to provide insight to our customers, highlighting their energy consumption, costs and potential savings, with Amanda’s appointment supporting our mission to assist our customers on their journey to towards net zero. Moreover, with rising energy costs becoming an increasing pressure for businesses, our Bureau teams works hard to help our customers mitigate these issues.
