Sigma’s HelpDesk is operated in accordance with the ITIL framework to assure our IT services are aligned with our customer’s needs. Our professional HelpDesk Analysts are Service Desk Institute, ITIL Service Management Foundation and Software Test foundation (BCS ISTQB) certified. They are available to provide advice, tips, guidance and troubleshooting.
