By subscribing to TEAM’s Sigma Maintenance & Support package, TEAM will help you get the most out of your TEAM Sigma Software. TEAM Software Support is available through our Helpdesk which is available Monday to Thursday 09.00 to 17.30 & Friday 09.00 to 17.00 (excluding English Public Holidays).
Available 24/7, you can submit requests, track progress, view Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) as well as Tips and Guidance as well as submit feature requests, participate in customer forums and much more. To access the Help Centre, click on the button and log in.
Our online training courses provide you with software support by teaching you about the functionality of the system so you can get the most out of our Sigma M&T Software. The TEAM Online Training Academy allows you to learn about the software at your own pace.
Our Support Engineers regularly run educational webinars focusing on new and updated software. These live webinars are free to all of our customers. Recordings of previous webinars are available to view on-demand on the Customer Support Portal.
