Our Sigma software customers can choose the level of software support they receive, standard or premium. We have a UK-based helpdesk of specialist support engineers handling queries, providing advice and supporting customers.

Our online training courses provide you with software support by teaching you about the functionality of the system, so you can get the most out of the Sigma energy management software. The Sigma Online Training Academy allows you to learn about the software at your own pace.
