All customers with newly purchased software are offered full training which can be on-site at customer premises, or at the TEAM offices in Milton Keynes. A specialist Sigma Software Trainer will provide comprehensive training designed to help staff get the most from their TEAM Sigma Software.
The web based Training Academy has been developed to provide existing customers and new customers with the opportunity to train or refresh themselves in the functionality of the Sigma software.
At TEAM we offer flexibility and continuous support, if a department grows and additional members require training this can be accommodated on request. Group workshops, or on-going training (on a one-to-one or one-to-two basis) are available on request at your premises, or ours.
Our Support Engineers regularly run educational webinars focusing on new and updated software. These live webinars are free to all of our customers. Recordings of previous webinars are available to view on-demand on the TEAM Customer Support Portal.
Video Tutorials are available to customers via the Support Portal and can be found embedded in the software. Covering a range of functionality and features within TEAM Sigma, the tutorials can be viewed on-demand through the TEAM Customer Support Portal.
