SIGMA – GENERAL

Q. What Utilities can the Sigma Software Manage?
A. Sigma Software can handle billing and credit management for Gas, Water and Electricity.

Q. Is the Tenant Billing Software hosted?
A. Yes, the software is hosted.

Q. What is the current version of Sigma?
A. Sigma is cloud-hosted as a SaaS solution so there are no longer client versions.

Q. What time interval is the Energy Data Captured?
A. It is typically half hourly, but it depends on the frequency it is provided, for example half hourly (HH), hourly etc.

Q. How much does it cost to get Sigma Software for my organisation?
A. The cost of the software depends on what you are using it for, what modules you will use etc. Therefore, the costs and time frame for implementation varies from business to business. Please contact TEAM and we can arrange for someone to call you back to discuss this further.

Q. Can I view a demo of the system.

Q. How can I manage my account on Sigma?
A. All the information you need for your Sigma account, including things like setting up your account, managing passwords and running reports can be found on the Support Help Centre https://support.teamenergy.com/.

ELECTRONIC BILLING

Q. Does Sigma Support eBilling?
A. Yes, Sigma supports TRADACOMs 26 v3, CSV or XML file formats.

Q. What are the typical costs of the eBilling manager?
A. Because of the nature of the product, the pricing is tailored to each customer. Please contact TEAM and we will arrange for someone to call you to discuss the pricing for your organisation’s needs.

Q. I am having issues with EDI files, how do I log a call to get the issue resolved?
A. Visit the Support Help Centre at https://support.teamenergy.com/ to contact our Support team. Simply click on the “Submit a request” button at the top of the Help Centre page to raise a ticket. Our dedicated Support team will resolve your issue.

Q. Does TEAM’s Sigma Software link to SAP BI?
A. Yes, TEAM’s Sigma Software can link to this. All the information you need for your Sigma account can be found on the Support Help Centre https://support.teamenergy.com/.

TEAM MOBILE DATA ENTRY APP

Q. Does the Mobile Data Entry App work with Sigma?
A. Yes, it used to submit meter readings into Sigma. You can use it if you don’t have a signal. It stores the information and submits it to the database once you get a signal.

Q. Where can I get the App?
A. The app is available on Android operating systems and requires 10mb of space. It isn’t available on the Apple devices at this current time.

BILL VALIDATION SERVICES

Q. I can’t get my billing summary authorised by TEAM’s Bill Validation Service because it’ is incompatible. Who do I need to speak to?

Q. What are your rates for GHG Reporting Software?

Q. Do you provide billing/metering services for district heat networks?

RENEWABLE HEAT INCENTIVE (RHI) & HEAT NETWORK REGULATIONS

Q. I am considering installing a biomass boiler. How much would it cost to submit my RHI application for me?
A. TEAM cannot give out quotes until one of our experienced Energy Consultants have discussed your RHI application with you. Please request a call back from TEAM.

Q. I am setting a budget and need to include an allowance for the cost of Heat Network Regulations charge to our electricity heading. How is this calculated?
A. There is a one-off charge but once you comply with the heat network regulations, there is no charge afterwards. They can recharge the tenants based on the readings of the heat meters.

Q. Does the Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations 2014 ascribe ‘End User’ status to licensees of homeless hostels please?
A. If they want to charge the tenants, they need to notify Ofgem according to the Heat Network Regulations.

Q. Does TEAM provide a support service for RHI?

Q. How do you cost an RHI application? What is the average cost to pull together all the necessary documents/evidence for a RHI application and how long does it take?
A. It depends on the complexity of the system. Our experts usually look at the schematics and consult with the customer directly before issuing a cost. If you would like to talk to one of our Energy Consultants, you can request a call back from TEAM.

Q. Can TEAM help complete an Independent Reports on Metering Arrangement (IRMA)?

Q. What are the costs involved for an ESOS assessor review and sign off?

Q. Does TEAM produce DECs for customers?

A. No TEAM only supplies the software that the meters feed the data into.
