Introducing our new TEAM Customer Support Portal

“We are pleased to provide TEAM customers with a new, simple way of keeping up to date with the developments in Sigma software, future plans and your own requests, all in one place. We have decided to set up the portal as an extra method of communicating with our customers, making it easier for you to tell us what you think and to find out what we have planned coming up for Sigma Software.”

Customer-PortalThe new customer portal from TEAM will provide just about everything you need to know, and offers you the opportunity to:

Submit a request, and track the progress in the web based portal anywhere as long as you are connected to the Internet. With the new function to add documents and record screenshot videos we hope to be able to resolve requests faster.

View and submit commonly asked questions; all users published questions will be stored so you can quickly refer to them to help assist you with your use of the software. Sigma Tips and Guidance contains a whole host of ‘how to’s’ to get new and existing users making the most of the software features. This comes with a keyword search to help you find what you’re looking for. You can even answer other users questions or share advice from your own experience.

View latest announcements and software downloads all in one place on the portal.

Participate in software related forums. Contribute to the TEAM community of software users.

Submit your feature requests – is there something you would like to see added to the software you use? Submit your idea which will be reviewed by our in house development team. All ideas will be considered when software updates and releases are developed.
