Our bill validation, recovery and compliance services continue to be available to NHS trusts and other public-sector organisations within a Shared Business Services (SBS) framework agreement.
The SBS framework is a joint venture between the Department of Health and Sopra Steria and is the market leading business support service. They set out to offer innovative finance and accounting, employment and procurement solutions delivering significant operational efficiencies and real cost savings for the 35% of the market who use their services.
We have been delivering services in this scheme since 2013 and following a rigorous tender process, our application was successful. We are delighted to continue to participate within the SBS framework.
Organisations benefit from forensic analysis of utility bills and usage data, identification of energy overcharging – leading to huge cost recoveries, cost assurance to maximise utility bill cost recovery opportunities and the added support of impartial advice.
Organisations already benefiting from our services under this framework include NHS Foundation Trusts, Councils, Universities and Emergency Services.
