We offer a number of tools to help you and your organisation with all your Sigma related queries and needs including:

  • Sigma HelpDesk – the role of the HelpDesk is to serve as a single point of contact for customer related Sigma application information requests, guidance and problem management. The team are available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00. To log a request you can do so online via the HelpDesk application, the team will respond within 20 minutes. Or you can call on 01908 690018, selecting option 2.
  • Online User Manual – here you can find a number of resources including guides and videos to help with your Sigma queries.
  • Training Videos – access a wide range of training videos demonstrating how to use Sigma via our Online User Manual.
  • Training – we can arrange training courses including bespoke sessions to be held onsite or at our Milton Keynes facility. Contact your account manager for details.
  • Regional Support Groups – these interactive events offer Sigma software training, energy industry insights, the opportunity to network and share your ideas for the Sigma software roadmap.
