Caitlin started working in the utilities industry straight from school in 2012 and accomplished a solid career in the water industry through passion, strong work ethic, and personable skills. Her customer service experience developed her into a Network Managerial role where she expanded her skill set.

As well as embedding operational processes throughout her career, Caitlin has developed teams of high-performing technicians and customer service professionals, earning the respect from the people she has worked with and led.

Joining TEAM from a different sector, Caitlin brings a wealth of knowledge and skills with her, along with a different perspective to contribute to TEAM’s products and services.
