Tracy has over 25 years’ experience in project and people management. She has a passion for collaboration, customer service and implementing solutions.
Her expertise includes business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response management and has previously supported partnership opportunities, providing or contributing to proposals, gap analyses, demonstrations, due diligence questionnaires and conversion of the functional business requirements into a technical specification.
As principal contact and account manager for customers, Tracy will coordinate the project delivery plan for the portfolio of energy consultancy services, including planning, forecasting and management reporting.
