Sigma HelpDesk 

The HelpDesk serves as a single point of contact for customer related Sigma application information requests, guidance and problem management. The team are available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.

To log a request you can do so online via the HelpDesk portal and the team will respond within 20 minutes. Or you can call on 01908 041501, selecting option 3.

Online User Manual 

You can also find help on the Sigma Online User Manual, here you can find a number of resources including guides and videos to help with your Sigma queries.

Training Videos 

You can access a wide range of training videos demonstrating how to use Sigma via our Online User Manual.

Training 

If you would prefer 1-2-1 support,we can arrange training including bespoke sessions to be held either online, onsite or at our Milton Keynes facility. Contact your account manager for more information.

 

Bureau Service Customers

For all Bureau enquiries please contact the team directly. You can do this by reaching out to your dedicated Service Delivery Manager on email or by calling the Bureau phone line on 01908 950020 and selecting option 1. Your Service Delivery Manager has access to your customer portal, and will be able to provide guidance and support on your query.

All supplier utility bill enquiries should also be directed to the Bureau team on same number, selecting option 2.

 

Energy Services Customers

If you have a query regarding your energy service delivery, then you can contact the team directly on 01908 905020 selecting option 3.
