An experienced data analyst, Ben is knowledgeable in using critical thinking to understand and break down problems, evaluate solutions and support organisations in making decisions to best support their net zero and carbon reduction strategy.

Ben is passionate about delivering the best customer service and ensuring that with his support, customers are able to meet their net zero targets. Enthusiastic about data and with a keen eye of detail, Ben is dedicated to playing a key role in our customers’ sustainability journey.

  • Half Hourly metering data analysis and reporting
  • Meter Operator (MOP) and Data Collector (DC) knowledge
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is to the highest standard
  • Affiliate Member of ISEP (The Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals)

Experience

  • Four years’ experience as a Data and Metering Analyst
  • Effective data management to meets industry standards and validation checks
  • Delivering the training of data analysis and customer service to new employees
