As a change management expert, Greg specialises in developing and implementing change initiatives – both internally and in partnership with our customers – that drive organisational success. His expertise in stakeholder engagement, process re-engineering, and adoption of new technologies has made him a respected figure in the field of carbon and energy management change management.

Greg’s approach is characterised by a deep understanding of the energy industry and the human aspects of change. He ensures that transitions are smooth, empowering all team members to embrace new challenges. His ability to align change management strategies with business objectives has resulted in enhanced agility and competitiveness for TEAM Energy.

As the Head of Business Change, Greg oversees all change initiatives within TEAM and supports customer-commissioned change initiatives,. He ensures successful and sustainable delivery, collaborating closely with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, training, and support throughout the change process.
