His expertise in stakeholder engagement, process re-engineering, and adoption of new technologies has made him a respected figure in the field of carbon and energy management change management.

As the Head of Business Change, Greg oversees all change initiatives within TEAM and supports customer-commissioned change initiatives,. He ensures successful and sustainable delivery, collaborating closely with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, training, and support throughout the change process.
