Energy Solutions Driven by People

We believe in the power of people working together to make change. Throughout our history, our people have been the driving force behind the innovations and solutions we deliver to help our customers overcome their energy and sustainability challenges.

As an employee-owned company, we have invested in a culture that enables our people to contribute to and benefit from our success. We believe it is important to put our people first. We offer flexible working, mental health support and an annual profit share bonus supported by an inclusive and collaborative environment, that empowers our colleagues to develop and grow.

Good governance, communication and leadership, the three pillars of employee ownership enterprise, underpin everything we do. We value ethical partnerships, celebrate professional and personal accomplishments, and encourage all colleagues, from board to floor, to contribute to our success.

Making Net Zero 2030 a Reality

Our team is driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world. We passionately believe that reducing carbon emissions to limit global warming should be a priority for all – individuals and businesses alike. We are proud that our energy consultancy team has been helping our customers reduce carbon emissions for many years, even before the net-zero term became so widely used. As a pioneer in this field, we believe it is important to lead by example which is why we became Carbon Neutral in 2023 and are committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2030.

By setting an example, we hope to encourage businesses throughout the UK to set more ambitious carbon reduction targets, which is increasingly expected by their customers, employees, and shareholders.

Your Vision. Our Mission.

We help organisations strategise for a sustainable future. As the UK’s leading multidisciplinary energy and sustainability consultancy, we exist to help organisations lower their carbon emissions, reduce energy consumption and save money, supporting them in playing their part in the fight against climate change.

We recognise that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to energy, which is why we work alongside our customers to understand their unique challenges, and offer solutions to help them achieve their goals with friendly and dedicated support.

Engineers at our core, we adopt continuous development processes to improve the quality of our software solutions, and accelerate the development of new services to meet the evolving needs of the market at pace and scale, helping our customers to navigate the challenging energy landscape.

Our vision has always been to help each of our customers to build a successful and optimised energy management service, and although the definition of energy management has changed over the years, and so have we, our vision still stands. Whatever your energy management service looks like, whether it includes net zero and carbon reduction, compliance and certificates, or large-scale projects and business strategy, it is our mission to help you achieve it.
