Experienced carbon and energy project coordinator and data analyst, Ivy Eames, joins TEAM’s growing Bureau department to provide a power management service to its large scale high-consumption customers.
Ivy joins the business as Service Delivery Manager representing the principal contact and account manager to customers. She will be responsible for providing insights around energy consumption for organisations with diverse energy estates helping them to understand costs, trends and potential savings. Her prior experience in monitoring and metering will support our service in providing optimised bill validations, data quality assurance and advanced billing error recoveries.
An expert in data collection and validation with experience in the energy and customer service industry, Ivy has spent nine years at IMServ. She has an educational background in Environmental Science and has developed extensive data management, analytical and query investigation skills.
On Ivy’s appointment as Service Delivery Manager, Bureau Operations Manager, Rob Webb said:
