Customer focused project management professional appointed to support the delivery of our high quality energy services.
Committed to supporting organisations with services to help them achieve their net zero ambitions, we have appointed Tracy Moore to drive project planning and service delivery for our consultancy services.
With expertise in project and change management, process improvement, business strategy and planning, Tracy has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector, specifically with independent UK retail stockbrocker, The Share Centre. She has also led a Customer Service team to award winning status.
As principal contact and account manager for customers, Tracy will coordinate the project delivery plan for the portfolio of energy consultancy services, including planning, forecasting and management reporting. She will work closely with each of our in-house consultants to support the delivery of specialist energy management services including our leading Carbon Reduction Strategy, ESOS, SECR, energy audits and compliance certifications.

Over the past two years, Tracy has taken on a role as a Project Manager and member of the Programme Board for the integration of The Share Centre (TSC) into the interactive investor (ii) Group. Primarily focusing on service gaps, customer migration data and data requirements to ensure the business’ legal, regulatory and operational obligations.
