Experienced Energy Consultant, Alex Au Yeung has joined our Energy Services department to support organisations in managing their compliance and energy certification.
Alex is a Chartered Engineer who has spent over two decades working in facility management, maintenance and building services, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.
As a FM Consultant, Alex has honed his expertise in managing building preventive maintenance, project management of mechanical and electrical systems, and implementing energy-saving initiatives. He has experience in conducting feasibility studies, in-depth knowledge of the TM44 inspection process and is an Accredited EPC Assessor. He has worked in London and Hong Kong where he led teams, managed large-scale projects, and drove sustainability efforts.
At TEAM, Alex will be responsible for supporting its customers with a broad range of Energy Management advice and consultancy services including energy analysis, conducting energy surveys and audits, Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) and certification services like EPCs and TM44s.
