TEAM customer highly commended at the British Renewable Energy Awards

TEAM is pleased to announce that one of our customers has been recognised for his work in energy at a special awards ceremony.

We would like to congratulate Eddie Boyd, Principal Engineer at Highland Council who was highly commended in the Champion Award category at the British Renewable Energy Awards (REA) 2015.

Now in its 10th year, the REA is the most prestigious event for the UK renewables industry – recognising and celebrating the achievements of companies and individuals who have made a significant difference within the industry.

The Highland Council is a long-term user of TEAM software and services and is committed to reducing its impact on the environment. Eddie has been responsible for implementing a range of renewable energy technologies across Highland, including small wind, biomass and photovoltaic (PV) projects. He said:

“I’m delighted and honoured to be highly commended in the Champion Award at the British Renewable Energy Awards 2015 gala dinner at The Savoy in London. It was a great night and I really enjoyed the evening and company.”

He added:

“It is accepted with thanks to the Highland Council and my colleagues in property and energy & sustainability (past and present) for their efforts and opportunity. I hope they can share any praise with me as they greatly deserve it!”
