TEAM Regional Support Groups 2014 Round-up

A round-up from TEAM…

We opened the series of Regional Support Groups in Belfast, and so far we’ve travelled to Exeter, Chepstow, Birmingham, London, Bridge of Allan and Durham. Over half way through and I am proud to say more than 140 of our valued customers have joined us on our journey.

An excellent opportunity for networking, we host the Regional Support Groups every year. We offer product and service updates, advice on best practice, legislation and subsidy updates, as well as an insight into our innovative energy and carbon management software.

We have been very lucky to offer an array of fantastic customer presentations throughout our Regional Support Group series. I would like to thank all of the customers who shared their knowledge and experiences:

  • John Llewellyn, Energy Manager at City & Council of Swansea
  • Kevin Turnbull, Energy Manager at Birmingham International Airport
  • Karen Butcher, Utilities Analyst at Greggs plc
  • Terry Meek, Head of Sustainability and Estates Compliance at Buckinghamshire Healthcare

And coming up we have:

  • Sal Kerry, Carbon Education Officer at Kirklees Council (Manchester)
  • Euan Hilton, Utilities Contracts and Data Manager from Northern Rail (Manchester)
  • Andy Harman, Energy Manager at BAE Systems Property (London)

Our customers have had the opportunity to take a sneak preview of our new Sigma Energy Viewer. This has been developed in house in parallel with our customer focus group.  The software has been designed for building-users with an interest in energy management, who look at an overall view of energy cost and consumption. The software has been created for schools, receptionist, accounts personnel and more, to give them a simple view of energy costs, billing and inputting meter reads, as well as consumption at their specific site.

We asked our customers what made them decide to attend the event. A wealth of interesting response came back, some of which are documented below:

“I like to meet others involved with TEAM and also useful  to talk to TEAM staff face to face and good to get a update on latest changes.”

“To catch up with what’s new & with other users- for more ideas and discussion.”

“Good experience of previous events”

“Useful to meet other users in the area, useful to hear about what is coming up and future improvements.”

“My manager requested it as my role is changing and I will be using Team software after an extended period.”

“Always good to catch up with Team and meet with other energy management colleagues.”

“Updates are useful and it’s a good way to learn more about the system.”
