The 2016 TEAM User Group Conference a Huge Success

Future developments, preparing for changes to the Water Market and the benefits of Cloud computing were just some of the topics up for discussion at the 2016 TEAM User Group Conference.

The 29th annual event featured an exciting line-up of case study guest speakers from Arriva Rail North, Greggs and Plymouth City Council, as well as networking chairs from Cornwall Council & BT.

Other highlights included training sessions, a demonstration of TEAM’s new Sigma Cloud Reporting Tools, an insight into Cloud computing and a chance to come and try the new intuitive Bill Entry Screen, which has been developed with customer input and rigorous Beta testing.

One of the big topics this year was the Water Market Reform where Karen Butcher from Greggs, explained how the UK’s leading bakery food on the go retailer, is preparing to tender for a new water supplier
